Lange Real Estate Group recently welcomed the addition of realtor Katy Patterson to Summit Sotheby’s International Realty.
Patterson grew up in Vail, Colorado and attended the University of Colorado, Boulder before settling into a career in real estate development and sales. In 2006, Patterson moved to Park City, Utah to foster her passion for skiing and mountain biking while taking advantage of the growth the Utah ski town was poised to undergo.
Upon arrival in Park City, Patterson worked in real estate development with the Empire Pass Ironwood Resorts development. Most recently, she worked with the private residences division of Montage Deer Valley, where Patterson and team successfully sold approximately $160,000,000 in real estate over the last five years.
“Katy’s experience in the luxury real estate market is unmatched amongst local agents, says Lange Group founder Will Lange. “Our group has been looking for someone capable of working with our clients at the level they are accustomed to. We are confident Katy will be an outstanding addition to our team.”
On joining Lange Real Estate Group, Patterson provides the following statement. “Park City is a fantastic area to live, recreate and continue to grow my career. After several years on the real estate development side of the business followed by working with the Montage Deer Valley transitioning to a real estate group established within the Park City luxury real estate market makes perfect sense. I’m excited to share my knowledge of the upper Deer Valley market while growing my expertise within the surrounding Park City areas such as Wolf Creek Ranch.”
