    Silver Star

Located near the Park City Base of Park City Mountain, now the largest resort in the US, one of our favorite ski-in,ski-out developments is Silver Star. With it’s own private chairlift, three to four bedroom condominiums as well as luxury stand alone cottages, and close proximity to Historic Old Town, Silver Star is always a top choice.

    Historic Old Town

While not every home is ski-in, ski-out, you can hop on the Town Lift just steps away, and ski back into town on the Town Runs. This location compensates for the extra steps with dining, shopping and entertainment out your door, not to mention the charm of a historic district. What could be better than that?

    Canyons Base at Park City

For the last decade, Canyons area has been a hub of new development. New for this season, the Quicksilver Gondola connects the two resorts formerly know as Canyons and Park City Mountain Resort into one mega resort, Park City. Operated by Vail Resorts, the expansive terrain offers something for everyone.  From luxury single family homes in The Colony, to gorgeous condominiums and condo hotels near the base, Canyons offers a wide selection in size, budget, amenities and styles, with new developments popping up every season. Looking to get in on the ground floor of a new development over here? Give us a call so we can scout out the opportunities on the horizon.

So many choices, so many ski trails to hop on and ski to your home. One thing is certain, though. Slopeside locations are a limited commodity, and there will always be a demand from buyers for these luxury properties.  Isn’t it time you spent less time parking the car and more time on the mountain?
