Last Saturday we spent some time at the beautiful Wolf Creek Ranch with the Homeowners Association. We wanted to give the members of the HOA an inside look at the market as well as an overview of how we’ve been working for them.
We looked at MLS trends we are seeing that are comparable to Wolf Creek Ranch owners. We compared units sold and volume sold from 1999 to 2015. We looked at an inventory analysis of vacant land as well as single family homes between $4,000,000 and $10,000,000. We looked at how we’ve done over the last five years. Did you know that the Lange group is the only agency that has sold more than one property at Wolf Creek Ranch since 1999? We’ve represented 87 sellers and 40 buyers. I’d say that gives us a leg up in Wolf Creek Ranch.
We looked at how we market Wolf Creek Ranch through traditional efforts such as advertising and collateral as well as new media efforts through social media outreach and blogs (such as the one you are reading right now). We discussed some of the exciting future initiatives we have planned such as a presence in national, even global publications like The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal.
You see, we are not ones to rest on our laurels and ride the wave of past successes. We are always working to provide our clients the best representation we can.
